The MD Residential Experts Team has a program for home buyers, we offer our exclusive pre-purchase consultation. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, even if everything runs smoothly. By taking you, step by step, through the entire process, much of the stress associated with buying a home can be alleviated. Also, by laying out exactly what is needed from you and exactly what we will be doing, many of the traps that delay or even prevent the eventual purchase of a home are eliminated.

Our office has cutting edge technology which optimizes our ability for finding a home. If you have access to e-mail, we can set up a preference list with the specifications of the type of home wanted and as soon as one that fits your preference list is available, an email is automatically generated letting you know. If you do not have access to email we can fax or mail the same information. We can send complete information, including pictures, of any home of interest before actually previewing the home. By doing so homes that are not of interest can be eliminated. We have a video library of our own listings that, if a listing meets the criteria in your preference list, it can be watched in our office. Again, this can save valuable time in searching for a home.

We offer the ability to e-mail, fax or hand deliver useful maps of homes you are interested in viewing. In addition to mapping out and creating a step by step itinerary for homes of interest, I can also map out directions to points of interest, such as work, school or a relatives house. By combining the best technology available with customer service that is incomparable, we provide our clients with an entirely new approach in finding a home.
